BEAR ROOM: Form and Rules

The BEAR Room form is now digital! Please scan the QR code once inside the BEAR Rom for easy online ordering and immediate pick-up!

1. Parents and/or Guardians are NOT ALLOWED in the BEAR Rooms.
2. Within the BEAR Room, there is a standard limit of 2 each for most items. There is signage within the BEAR Room that indicates exceptions to particular items. 
3. Items in the BEAR Room are available ONLY to ACTIVE CPS cases.
4. Case information is REQUIRED before items are removed from the BEAR Room.
5. Every child that receives resources from the BEAR Room MUST be accounted for via our digital form. This form also includes a signature to verify that the resources being removed from the BEAR Room are going directly to the children on the case and no one else.
