The BEAR Room form is now digital! Please scan the QR code once inside the BEAR Rom for easy online ordering and immediate pick-up!
- Parents and/or Guardians are NOT ALLOWED in the BEAR Rooms.
- Within the BEAR Room, there is a standard limit of 2 each for most items. There is signage within the BEAR Room that indicates exceptions to particular items.
- Items in the BEAR Room are available ONLY to ACTIVE CPS cases.
- Case information is REQUIRED before items are removed from the BEAR Room.
- Every child that receives resources from the BEAR Room MUST be accounted for via our digital form. This form also includes a signature to verify that the resources being removed from the BEAR Room are going directly to the children on the case and no one else.
