BEAR’s holiday program, BEARing Gifts, which serves 11,000 children annually, provides thousands of children currently under the supervision of Child Protective Services in the Greater Houston Area with brand-new gifts during the holiday season. This year, more than ever, these children deserve not only new gifts, but also the chance to make precious memories and experience the true joy and hope of the season. To assist BEAR in making this possible, Sioux Falls Storm football player and Spring, Texas native, John Williams, invites you to get involved!
1. Purchase a Gift (or Gifts)
One of the ways to support this program is to purchase gifts that are requested by children. Visit this year’s John Williams Wish List page to see items that have been requested by children of various ages. All items must be sent to John directly. To confirm shipping details for any items you may purchase, kindly contact John’s agent, Aundrea, at Black Diamond PR Firm (aundrea@blackdiamondfirm.com).
2. Donate Monetarily
If you wish to contribute to this vital program by giving monetarily in John’s honor, simply follow these instructions:

– Select your donation amount. Please keep in mind of the following increments that could greatly benefit children in need this holiday season:
– Designate ‘BEARing Gifts’ as your program of choice
– Under the ‘How did you hear about us?’ section, select ‘OTHER’ and write in John Williams
