The Greater Houston Permanency Collaborative (GHPC) is dedicated to supporting foster, kinship, and adoptive families at every stage of their journey. By bringing together welfare professionals, child placing agencies, non-profit organizations, Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS), and other local partners, the collaborative helps remove permanency barriers and provides essential resources to ensure children and families thrive together.
